Budget-Bride is a wedding flower company founded on the belief that every bride deserves beautiful wedding flowers—without overspending. For over 25 years, we’ve made wedding flower pricing transparent and simplified the process of planning flowers for your celebration.
How does it work?
Browse our website to find a bouquet or style that fits your vision and budget. If the colors aren’t quite right, color changes are always free. Once you find a style you like, email our designers at info@budget-bride.com with your ideas, inspiration photos, or color palette, and we’ll help create the perfect flowers for your wedding.
What are your flowers made of?
All of our flowers are high-quality artificial flowers, made from fabric or foam. We do not use dried or wooden flowers.
Do your flowers look real?
Yes! We use top-quality artificial wedding flowers. Some styles look more realistic than others, and choosing natural flower colors will always create the most realistic look.

Do custom-made flowers cost more?
No. Custom wedding flowers cost the same as listed bouquets. All bouquets can be made in different color combinations, and color changes are free.
How do I tell you what I want?
Email us at info@budget-bride.com with your ideas, inspiration photos, or color palette. One of our designers will guide you through the process.
Can I order a bouquet in a different color?
Absolutely. Find a bouquet or style you love, then email us your preferred colors. Our designers will customize it for you at no extra charge.
3. Planning & Tools
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer sample kits for most collections. Sample kits include:
Mini bouquet
Matching boutonniere
Scent samples
Ribbon swatches
Sample kits are not available for the $150, $250, or $300 packages.
Do you offer preview photos?
Yes! For $45, we offer Pre-Look Photos. A designer will create your custom bouquet and send you a photo of a model holding it—so you can see exactly how it looks in real life.
Pre-Look Photos:Take 15–20 business days
Should be ordered well in advance of your wedding
To order, email info@budget-bride.com with the bouquet or inspiration photo you’d like recreated.
4. Costs & Ordering
Can you help me estimate my flower budget?
Yes. Email us the bouquet style you like along with a list of everyone who needs flowers (bride, bridesmaids, groom, décor, etc.). We’ll create a custom quote. Quotes are valid for 6 months.
How do I place an order?
You can order in three ways:
Purchase directly from our website
Request a custom order page for color or style changes
Send us a photo to recreate and receive a custom quote
Can I add to my order?
Yes. Email us what you’d like to add, and we’ll send you a link. If your order has already shipped, a new order will be required.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes—before your order ships. After shipping, items must be returned once received.
5. Payment Plans
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer interest-free payment plans with a 12% non-refundable deposit, followed by four flexible payments.
How do I set up a payment plan?
Fill out our form or email info@budget-bride.com. Once approved:
Pay your 12% deposit
Receive four payment links within 48 hour
Make payments anytime (no set schedule)
Your flowers ship 15–20 business days after final payment. Final payment must be completed at least one month before your wedding.
Can I cancel a payment plan?
Yes, but the 12% deposit is non-refundable.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes! We offer Sezzle at checkout.
6. Packages
What are your packages?
Packages are a discounted way to get beautiful wedding flowers at a lower price.
How do packages work?
Each package includes a set number of items (1 brides bouquet, 2 bridesmaids, 1 groom and 2 groomsmen). You can add additional items if required. You choose your color palette, and our designers create a surprise arrangement. The final design is revealed when your flowers arrive.
Can I get samples for package orders?
No. Packages are surprise designs and samples are not available. However, they are not smaller or lower quality flowers.
What if I don’t like my package?
Packages are fully refundable. Simply return them for a full refund.
7. Finer Details
Do you offer scented flowers?
Yes! For $20, we can scent your entire order.
How long does the scent last?
When stored in a sealed plastic bin, scent can last up to one year.
What does “Just Like the Photo” ribbon mean?
If no ribbon color is selected, the default ribbon color is white.
Do boutonnieres and corsages include pins?
Yes.
8. When to Order
When should I order my flowers?
Most brides order 3–4 months before the wedding. Since our flowers are artificial, ordering early is not a problem.
How long do samples take?
Sample kits arrive in 2–3 weeks.
How long do Pre-Look Photos take?
15–20 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping: 30 business days (~6 weeks)Faster shipping options available
Can I rush my order?
Yes. Rush orders can be completed in as little as 3 business days, sometimes overnight. Additional fees apply. Email URGENT in the subject line.

All shipping times include production time. For example, if you select Express Shipping, your flowers will be delivered within 10 business days from payment.

10. Unpacking & Storage
How do I care for my flowers after arrival?
Open and inspect your flowers. Store them in the original box or a plastic bin. Many brides separate “bride” and “groom” flowers for easy transport.
How should I store flowers long-term?
Store in a sealed plastic bin. Avoid handling to prevent ribbon wear. Keep scented flowers sealed to preserve fragrance.
11. Returns
What is your return policy?
Website orders may be returned within 7 business days for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping.
Returns are not accepted after your wedding date.
Are custom orders refundable?
No. Custom orders are final sale. We recommend ordering a sample or Pre-Look Photo before purchasing.
12. Discounts
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts are rare, but Black Friday always includes a sale.
